What is right to information act?

According to this act any person who is valid citizen of the country, can access all the information or even can inspect in a complete way, various works done by the government in the country in order to direct it in the path of success and improvement. According to this act anybody, can check and track various confidential and most important data, documents, record and files of any specific department of government.
